Anupam SS Idli Cooker with Idli Stand - suitable for Induction

Anupam Sandwich bottom heavy grade stainless steel Idli cooker consists of idli cook pan with four Idli cooking plates which can make 16 Idli at a time. Being made with stainless steel, the metal parts can be dish-washed. This Idli cooker is suitable for induction, hot plate and gas. 

• Brush the Idli moulds lightly with cooking oil and pour the idli batter in the Idli moulds
• Put the idli stand in the pan and close the lid tightly.
• Cook at high heat for 3-5 minutes. Cook for an extra minute or two if the idlis still feel sticky
• While opening the container lid, be careful of steam.
