Rice idli are steamed savoury cake, very soft and made up of special parboiled rice from South India. MTR rice idli mix brings the authentic taste of South Indian food in your kitchen. Steam the idlis in in the Idli cooker for 10-12 minutes. First add water in the cooker, let it come to a boil, then put the idli stand and cover the pan. Serve Idlis with pickles, coconut chutney or Idli Podi- a dry chutney mix.
