Bhel, also known as Bhelpuri is a very popular Mumbai street side snack. Bhel is a crispy, crunchy and mildly spiced mix of roasted puffed rice, rice flakes, peanuts and bengal gram lentils, freshly mixed with sweet Tamarind Chutney, spicy green chutney, boiled mashed potato and some times as well small pieces of raw mango for the extra tangy taste.
