Ekirana delivers from the Netherlands to selected destinations in Europe. Shipping charges depend upon the delivery country, order value, parcel weight, and in some cases the selected carrier. Choose your country from the list below to find the shipping information applicable in your country.
Rates below are intended for mainland deliveries. Island destinations, remote areas, and unusually bulky orders may require a manual review before dispatch.
Shipping costs by destination
All orders before 12.00 pm on weekdays, completely submitted and paid, are generally shipped on the same day. In rare cases dispatch may take up to two working days depending upon the workload, and in such cases Ekirana may inform the customer by phone or email.

Definitions
Dispatch: your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier.
Delivery: the carrier delivers the parcel to the delivery address.
Box weight: where shipping rates are based on parcel weight, voluminous orders might still require extra boxes.
Mainland rates
Published shipping rates apply to mainland addresses. For islands or remote areas, please contact Ekirana before ordering. Shipping prices were updated in January 2025, and some destinations include reduced rates for smaller parcels where applicable.
Ekirana uses PostNL, DPD, DHL and affiliates for delivering goods. More details become available in the track and trace email after dispatch.
Dispatch and delivery timing
Delivery estimates shown in each country card apply after dispatch and exclude the day of dispatch. For destinations with customs or multiple shipping methods, the delivery estimate is shown inside the relevant country block.
As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, Ekirana sends a track and trace code with the tracking link for each box by email.
If you do not receive the email
Please check the junk folder, as track and trace emails may be delivered there, and add Ekirana's email address to your safe list. Depending on the carrier, the shipment can also be tracked directly through the carrier website.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may try delivery to a neighbour, make another delivery attempt, or leave instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting the parcel yourself. Please follow the note or instructions left by the carrier and contact Ekirana if you need assistance.
International customs
Destinations outside the EU may require customs declaration, may take extra time at the border, and may attract local customs duty or handling charges. Where declaration charges are included or added during checkout, that note appears in the relevant country panel.
Choose Self Pickup during checkout and select your preferred pickup date and available time slot. Ekirana prepares your order for collection for that selected slot.
We do our best to deliver your order satisfactorily at your place. However, if you wish to return any products, this can be done according to the guidance below. The return period begins from the day you receive the order, or someone else receives it on your behalf.
Cooling-off period
Food products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-food products, including sale items, can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns after the above cooling-off period.
Return procedure
Please notify Ekirana by email and mention your order number.
Properly pack the return items in a box to prevent damage during return transport and apply the required postage.
We expect return items to be sent carefully packed and in original condition.
After receiving the goods in original condition and unopened, the cost of the goods is refundable within 5 working days into the Ekirana account.
The shipping cost of return items is borne by the customer.
