Frozen Food Delivery Options

There are two ways, we can deliver your frozen food items to you:

Option 1: standard- with out the special packaging. Frozen packs would be delivered at the ambient temperature. There's no extra charge for that. You just need to put these items in the freezer as soon as you receive them. With option 1, the frozen goods shall be dispatched along with your other items, in the same box as the dry items.

Option 2: with special insulated packaging. When you select this option at checkout, a surcharge of €9,99 automatically gets added in your order total. With You will receive your frozen products in chilled to ambient condition (subject to weather conditions and the transit time it take to deliver to your address).

We can also send you your order with ice, under frozen conditon and as well ship with express service to farther EU countries. Please send us an email with your specific request to ask for an offer.
