Dosa making is an art which needs simple but specific utensils, iron Tawa (also known as griddle) is one of them. This extra heavy base flat bottom tawa is specially suitable for making Dosa or pancakes. Heavy iron base spreads heat evenly, making Dosa golden brown evenly and excellently crispy. This iron/ mild-steel tawa can also be well used for making Indian flat breads like roti, chapati, naan and paratha.

Tava Diameter: 30cm
