Sat Isabgol - Psyllium Husk Powder, 200g

Psyllium (Plantago ovata) also commonly known as Dessert Indian Wheat, Isabgol, ispaghula is a native plant to South and West Asia. Husk of Psyllum seed is  derived form the outer layer of the seeds. This husk is a natural source of indigestible fibres water soluble and can absorb up to 20 times water to its weight.

 How to use Sat Isabgol

• 5 to 10 g (1-2 tbsp) can be taken according to the need with a glass of water, milk, fruit juice, salted curd or lassi.
• Do not over-consume this product. To avoid choking, make sure to take Isabgol (Psyllium seed husk) with any liquid.
