Bedekar Sweet Mango Pickle, 400g

Bedekar Sweet Mango Pickle is a sweeter sister of the classic Mango Pickle made using the signature Bedekar Spice Blend. It is not to be confused with the Gujrati Gol Kairi pickle.

The spice blend is made from a trio of mustard seeds, asafoetida and red chillies. High quality raw mangoes are peeled and sliced into cubes before being mixed with this spice blend and thx mixture is matured to the perfection. Bedekar Sweet Mango Pickle has a bright orange-red colour and tastes sweet yet tangy. This pickle complements any meal including rice, rotis, parathas and dals very well.
