  • 1 green chilli (optional, finely chopped)
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Step 2 – Add fresh ingredients: Stir in chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander.
  • Step 3 – Season: Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine.
  • Step 4 – Serve immediately: Serve fresh to preserve the bright texture and flavours.
