MTR Rava Dosa mix, 500g

Dosa can be compared with Crepe, or thin pan cake. Rava dosa, also known as Rave Dose or Ravvattu is a very popular dish, originating from South India, but available in most of the Indian eateries.  MTR Rava Dosa mix is a prepared dry mix based on Semolina with the goodness of natural ingredients without any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Cooking directions

Add 1ｽ measure of water and 1ｽ measure of curd to 1 measure of mtr rava dosa mix, add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and onions. Stir into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 minutes, grease the pan with oil, spread the batter into a thin dosa and fry till golden brown (adding ghee). Serve hot.
