Fresh Vegetables and Fruits Delivery

You are requested to place your order by Sunday to allow us dispatching from the fresh stock on Monday.

Availability

- Fresh Veggies and fruits arrive on Monday or Tuesday.

- It is however not certain which vegetables would arrive on Monday or Tuesday and if they would be of reasonable quality.

- In case some vegetables or fruits are not dispatched due to unavailability, we leave a note in your parcel and create a refund back to the payment method used during the order.

Delivery with in BeNeLux and Germany

- For the parcels in BeNeLux and Germany, where the delivery time is 1-2 days, in case we don't receive all the vegetables of your order, we may hold the parcel on Monday and dispatch it on Tuesday with the complete order. If you would want us to dispatch it on Monday itself with which ever vegetables are available, please make this clear by providing your instructions in comments area on the checkout page.

Delivery outside BeNeLux

- For the rest of the parcels, apart from BeNeLux and Germany, we dispatch them on Monday itself with which ever vegetables are available. If your order falls in this category and you have placed your order later than Monday 12.00pm, we may hold the parcel for a week until next Monday, to avoid parcel getting on hold on the weekends as much as possible.

Packaging

We use suitable protective packaging ensuring the secured transport of the perishable items. Please note that multiple quantities of the same item shall be packed as one unit (and not each individually).

In case of Spoilage:

Please note that the fresh items are manually sorted and checked for quality in every order to make sure that we keep a strict quality control. However, if you receive any fresh products which are not in good shape, please inform us right away or latest the same day day with the full snaps showing the perished products using this form along with the order number in subject. We'd resolve these expeditiously on case by by case basis.

There's no claim in these cases after the day of delivery and as well as after the failed delivery attempts.
